Limited Membership
We offer Managed Farmland attached to all the facilities and membership for the facilities. Facility consists of 15 Acres of land and 3 Acres of Managed farmland. The owners of managed farmland shall have membership of the Shrama farm community.

Plots of land
Each plot of farm is divided in to ten guntas (10890 sq.ft.). Each person can own ten guntas plot. Each plot is further divided in to various sections. The Sections are; Fencing section, Welcome Bamboo, Fruit section (chickoo, papaya, custard apple, guava, lemon, jack fruit), Flower Section (Jasmine, Sampige, Kanagale, Mallige, Rose), Vegetable section (Tomato, Bhendi, Cucumber, Egg Plant, Beans and ash guard). Each plot will have minimum 5 Coconut trees planted at the edges. Bee boxes may be maintained at the option of the farmer.
